The Happy Craftery

The Happy Craftery Where creativity and community connect Once upon a time, two moms connected in a Facebook group. And, that is how The Happy Craftery was born!

Realizing they had oodles in common, including the love of crafting, had kids the same age and lived in the same neighborhood, a lifelong friendship blossomed! Each of us had ventured into the craft show world on our own over the years and we eventually worked together for several years at a local craft store. Everything has a beginning and an end and when one door closed, we decided to open a new

door for ourselves! We wanted to bring some joy and light into the world through creativity as well as help other people find community through crafting. With a combined crafting experience of over 25 years, we decided to go into business for ourselves. Our business has three facets:

1: Events where we walk our clients through a fun, simple and cost effective craft! We will have set crafts ready to go at different tiers and will also work with our clients to create unique events just for them.
2: Custom orders of shirts, cups, hats, bows, signs, wreaths, earrings, etc. If you want it, we can probably make it!
3: Selling our own creations at local craft shows and festivals. Here at The Happy Craftery, our motto is “Where Creativity and Community Connect”. We look forward to making that happen with you! Sincerely,

Slowly making progress!
Finally got my wrist looked at and the tendon wrapped around my thumb was inflamed. Got a lovely steroid shot right into my thumb. Hurt like a mother but I'm able to paint more. It's been hard not creating every night. I have so many ideas flo a ting around my brain.

I'm finally getting back to creating.
I literally gave myself tendinitis preparing for our last show and I haven't sat down to paint in almost a month! Have I been going crazy? Yes, yes I have. Our next big show will be the Dirt and Glitter Plant Show in October. I'm hoping to add some whimsical mini shelves to my offerings. Can you tell what theme this shelf will be?
