I talk a lot about other people showing up. But this week, it was my turn.
I showed up… I showed up in houses, at events, at restaurants, and with women from different cultures, religions, backgrounds, and ideas. And yet we were all pulled in the same direction. There is something really beautiful happening right now. I think people are craving connection. Real connection. To begin a new way of living…They want to gather. They want to share ideas. They want to be seen. They want to belong.
And I think women need this now more than ever. We need each other.
Maybe that’s why this week felt so special.
I thought this week would be about work. Instead, it became about people.
About connection. About laughter, tears, honest conversations, and being reminded how much we need each other.
And somewhere along the way, I think I made some new friends. ❤️
As I prepare for our
Women’s Leadership Experience next Saturday, I’m taking a deep breath and trusting that all the right women will be in the room.
