Growing up in the Mojave and Sonoran Deserts, the minimalism and grandeur of the Southwest have always been an inspiration to my design. In 2016, I moved to the Cleveland area and have been deeply moved by the juxtaposition of the lines created by nature: trees, lakes, rivers, gorges, and caves, versus the silhouettes and colors of the city: skyscrapers, steel mills, old buildings, brick roads. I
