Blueberry overnight oats are one of the easiest ways to make tomorrow morning feel better. Creamy, fresh, and easy to prep ahead, this jar is a simple healthy blueberry breakfast for busy days.
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, divided
Pinch of cinnamon
Tiny pinch of salt
How to make it
Add oats, chia, cinnamon, and salt to a jar.
Pour in milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Stir until creamy and combined.
Add part of the blueberries.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
Top with the remaining blueberries before serving.
