My father is a carpenter while my mom is an artist and jewelry, so I grew up in the family biz, learning the trade. Later in life (after having my daughter) I discovered my love of interior design. After earning my degree in interior design, I spent 4 years in Chicago working in the fiel
d, before moving back home to South Florida to start my own design firm. In 2011, my mom asked me to set up and run an online shop for her. Since I still love to dabble in jewelry design, little by little my earthy inspired copper line started to creep into our coastal inspired shop. So I figured it was time to open my own Etsy shop. One where my earthy viewpoint would be able to stand alone. And so, I introduce you to Blue Copper Designs! :-)
