This Hufflepuff dress is the biggest project I’ve ever taken on for someone else and the first time I didn’t have a pattern to follow! I watched videos (thank you !) and then figured out how to scale everything to the right size! There was a lot of trial and error but I learned so much in the process.

I am not making another one for a while 😅😅

Huge thank you to Brittnee for trusting me with this even though I hadn’t ever done it! I’m so excited to see it on you! And shoutout to for incredible customer service when we hit an issue with fabric color. They truly have the best customer service ever and I will forever be a customer.

Typically this would be styled with a tutu underneath for more volume. I just tried it on quickly to snap a picture since I don’t have a mannequin! Hopefully once it goes to it’s forever home we will get some more pictures ❤️

Every dress I’ve made before this had some kind of pattern to reference and this one didn’t. I’m really proud of myself for pushing through and creating something completely new.

Sometimes you just have to try the thing you’ve never done before 💛
