I love projects like this—taking something with history and giving it new life in a piece made just for them.

I adore this ring… an eternity ring, with diamonds set all the way around the band so they’re always in view as the ring spins around the finger.

A custom request to give an existing anniversary band a whole new life. The diamonds were removed from the original ring and reset into an entirely new design in yellow gold, finished with a soft satin texture.

A beautiful way to repurpose something meaningful into a design that feels completely new.

Back to regular hours today! 🍂

I spent the past week with family enjoying the great outdoors and the beautiful fall colors in the Colorado mountains. The aspen trees were at their peak!

One highlight was exploring 4x4 roads and trails above 10,000 feet near Leadville, discovering abandoned mines dating back to the late 1800s. The area is rich in minerals, including gold, silver, zinc, lead, and copper. A conversation with a local about gold mining reminded me that there is still plenty of history beneath our feet. ♡

History is fascinating. We learn, we grow, and we come back with a little more appreciation for the world around us.

Taking a little time to step away from the shop and enjoy some much-needed time with family. ♡

Running a small business is something I’m incredibly grateful for, but I’m also learning that it’s important to pause, recharge, and make time for the people I love.

The shop will be closed October 5–12. I’ll be back the following week, refreshed and ready to get back to doing what I love.

Before and After...

A gentleman’s gold band with diamonds had been tucked away in a drawer for several years, waiting for its next chapter.

The diamonds were carefully removed and repurposed into a custom channel-set bar pendant in yellow gold... a simple, timeless design that lets the diamonds shine while giving them a whole new purpose.

And I absolutely adore the chain she chose to pair with it... a delicate, feminine Figaro chain that adds just the right touch.

Now, instead of sitting tucked away in a drawer, these diamonds will be part of her everyday — a little sparkle for both the ordinary days and the adventures ahead.

One of the most special parts of being a jeweler is getting to be a little part of these moments... and then getting to see the moment captured afterward makes it even more special.

This beautiful engagement ring features an oval diamond at the center, with delicate accent diamonds tucked into a soft twist of yellow gold...a subtle infinity-inspired design representing two lives coming together and continuing on, side by side.

And then… the proposal. ♡
Getting to see the surprise, the excitement, and that first look at the ring through their photos was so much fun.

Heirloom diamonds. A meaningful London blue topaz. A completely new expression.

The diamonds were repurposed and paired with a London blue topaz chosen early in their marriage, bringing years of meaning together in one sculptural medallion, handcrafted using her old gold.

Lightly hammered gold and a soft satin finish create an organic, slightly edgy texture, while the diamonds add a refined touch of brilliance.

A balance of raw texture and polished elegance...crafted from pieces that already had a story to tell.

One of the most special parts of being a jeweler is getting to be behind the scenes of these moments.

Being the person they trust to help choose the ring, talk through the details, answer the questions, and ultimately find that piece that feels just right for her...it’s a privilege I never take for granted.

Every engagement ring carries a story. I’m grateful to have a small part in helping create the beginning of theirs.
