Happy Easter and it’s time….another Sunday before the FUN day!!

Today is about rising up…well not exactly like Jesus did but similar.

As we close up the evening and prepare ourselves mentally and maybe physically with an evening walk (in this glorious weather), meditation or maybe you prefer a wind down glass of wine and bubbly 🛀, whatever your process, poison or mental athletics you do to prepare for the week I challenge you to think about

RISING ⬆️….

⬆️ Up to the challenges that await you
🪫 Up to people that will try to defeat you 🥊
⬆️ Up to the love that wants to surround you
🪫 Up to the successes you have not accepted
⬆️ Up to the family that adores and maybe challenges you
🪫 Up to the leaches that try to suck everything out of you
⬆️ Up to the boss that wants more from you
🪫 Up to the coworkers that takes advantage of you

And most importantly ….

🥊 Rise up the the cynic in your head, the devil in your thoughts and the bad actor that leads you astray from glory!!

Eveyone underestimated Jesus ability to rise up from death and tranform into eternal life..

And many underestimate YOUR power to rise up from the old you and become the new one!!

No one holds you back but you and no one can see more potential in you to RISE 🆙 - BE who you can and should become!

Sunday night…..Monday is upon us…dread, excitement, apathy or anticipation???

Whatever you feel on Sunday will set the tone for the week so whether you love your job or tolerate it…you are IN it!! Whether you choose it or are quitly quitting… waiting for Cupid to put the love of your life job at your doorstep - every bit of you is exemplified in how you approach your day, your week and how you CHOOSE your attitude!

So…be the best in the current circumstance and you just may see that where you are is worth being there and how you make the most of it will affect others, yourself and your future!!

I don’t love my job everyday - shocker!!! But I love it more than 51% of the time; however I show that I love it 99% …okay …maybe 98% of the time!! And that is the secret to personal and professional success!!

I am 99% successful….have failed 99 times …but I am 100% ALL IN all the time!!

That is all!

Late night thoughts:

8 is my lucky number - why? No idea I just like the swirls and turns and how it connects in the middle!
Sometimes our logic is not really logic..it’s feeling, it’s emotions, it’s passion or just a momentary episode we justify as our truth!
Emotional intelligence and the general ability to control or at least identify what is affecting our decisions at that moment is stronger than any IQ, SAY score or college degree!!
Are you capable of identifying whether your reaction is emotional , scientific or quantitative??!
Do you work on hunches or facts?
Do you search for data to support your feelings??
The ability to self reflect and ask questions of yourself is essential to success!! Do you have it?? Maybe worth a thought or moment of contemplation!!
Be better
Try harder
Expect more …of yourself….and others….

It can be hard to ask for help, but remember that it's a sign of strength to acknowledge that you don't have all the answers. Don't be afraid to seek support from those around you - it can be incredibly empowering.
