All orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed. Each keepsake is unique to its own and cannot be returned or refunded. Unfortunately items get lost or damaged in the mail which is beyond my control. If this happens, I cannot offer any refund but I can remake your keepsake at the cost of replacing the jewelry and shipping only. You will not

have to pay full price for the process of making the keepsake a second time. Upon receipt of your inclusion, if there are any issues please notify the shop within 24 hours or corrections will be void. Once your keepsake has been mailed, I do not the know the care that it's received, therefore I cannot offer any refunds. How do I care for my keepsake once received? Resin is a very durable product, but I still ask that you take special care of your jewelry. Extreme changes in temperature can cause metal to expand and contract, it could ultimately loosen the settings. While wearing your jewelry, please avoid showering/swimming/sauna/steam rooms. Products containing alcohol or other solvents could dull the finish or ruin the stone. There is also the possibility that the top coat finish will turn yellow in extreme heat, UV exposure or harsh chemicals/solvents. Your keepsake is very delicate, and is not made of natural stone like a diamond or other precious gems. How to clean your jewelry - mild soap and water on the metal only with a soft bristle toothbrush and dry thoroughly, then polish with a soft cloth.
