Think I’ll give this viral recipe a try this weekend using dairy free feta and fresh tomatoes, and herbs from my garden. I’ll let y’all know how it turns out.

First time trying Mediterranean food and it was absolutely delicious!!!! I give the food a 10/10, we will be back!!!! They made the rolled grape leaves vegan for us.

Had the 313, loaded chili fries, and today’s specials; the Flyin’ Hawaiian and side of potato salad.

Happy Monday morning, Y’all!! Hope everyone had a great weekend. I know we had another great, but busy weekend!! I wore myself completely out and slept until almost 8am and I don’t do that very often anymore 😂.
Enjoying the morning just relaxing on the deck. I’m sorry I haven’t been able to do any cooking lives, but I haven’t had the extra energy 😔. If I’m being completely honest, I’ve been struggling for months. I’m not completely wasting my forced bedrest time though!! I’ve been researching recipes and coming up with ideas, but I need y’all’s help!!!! Help me figure out what dishes to come up with. Give me your favorite dishes and I’ll turn them into plant based, gluten free yumminess!!! I have fun recreating family favorites!!!!! Give me a challenge!!!!
