One of my biggest struggles to find presence with my kids is remembering that “I’m enough” .. that I can find presence with them in playing with them.. that my brain doesn’t have to try to run away and find the next task in the house to do.
Because Play has shown me that productivity is not in how much you achieve but in how connected you are to what you are doing.
It’s a work in progress but it has taken a lot of the inner performance pressure I put on myself as a mom.

The color red used to be my favorite color as a child, and as an adult I avoided it .. until this year - a year of finding new levels of safety in my body, connecting with my womb and allowing unfiltered expression.

Ixchel soul and Alchemy with Alizee are now ONE, and my mediumship & healing sessions being the primary focus.
I will still be offering the products that were on Ixchel soul, plus or minus a few.
