The Longhair Invasion is the second in a series of "Time Travel" themed interactive events created by the Eureka Springs Historical Museum. Last year, we hosted the Jailbird Ball, set in the year 1898. Coquette Creations will be participating in this awesome event...it is going to be a blast, so get out your 1973 era outfits and boogie down or just get groovy, man!

Okay, maybe not a bar, but how about a convention center? Those are just three of the wacky characters you will be interacting with at the Inn of the Ozarks Convention Center during our immersive "1973 Longhair Invasion" museum fundraiser on August 8th. Pictured here is local actor Keith Brenton, who will be breathing life into an out-of-this-world character named "Bodhi Odo". Don't worry - he only looks crazy! Other fun activities during the evening include a simulated time travel experience, historic 1973 photo and pottery exhibits, games, dinner, social dancing, and a lipsync competition wth local celebrity judges.

The next Vendors Market event hosted by Osage Creek Lodge in Eureka Springs, 101 E Van Buren, located at the intersection of Highway 62 and S Main St, will be held on Friday, July 18th and Saturday, July 19th from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Stop by and peruse some amazing hand made goods from local artisans.
