The Fishers Tiger Marching Band are Bands of America Grand Nationals SEMI-FINALISTS!! We perform at 11:45am tomorrow.

Congratulations to the 33 out of 92 marching band that competed in preliminary competition!

The following states will be represented in Semi-Finals: 8 from TX, 7 from IN, 3 each from KY and OH, 2 each from AR, IL, MI and TN, and 1 each from MA, MO, PA, SC.

Congrats to these Indiana bands advancing (in order of announcement, which was random order):

Carroll High School Instrumental Music Programs
Marching Pride of Lawrence Township
Fishers High School Tiger Band

I had plans to reopen this summer, but we are putting it off for a little bit because we are relocating (locally). As soon as we settle in, Flyrish will be open with a brand new exciting work space! (Sans children at my desk).

It has been a minute since I have posted anything here! But, here’s the deal. FV is temporarily closed down to make room for education. My new and unpaid position as a TA to both my kids has taken precedence over business. The benefits are huge though. Loving my co-workers! 😂

However, we have a 2 week reprieve coming up starting next Friday! So, from September 25th through October 11th, FV will be back in business!

I know, I know. Christmas posts before Halloween? Boo to that. But here’s the reality for most crafter/makers. We get flooded with requests in the last two weeks before Christmas. At some point, we are unable to help, no matter how much we want to.

Had to test these babies out for myself- they survived a week long trip with my girlfriends. We had so many compliments on them, I’ll know to bring more business cards next vacation!
The shirts are super soft and comfy, and design by me with red glitter vinyl.
The cups are my new favorite product! Kept our drinks cool in the hot sun, and I couldn’t keep my eye off the glittery detail. Message me if you are interested in having something designed special for you! Taking Christmas orders now!

If you know me, you know I have a special place in my heart for Girl Scouts. So when I had the opportunity to help a troop make their bridging ceremony a little extra special, I jumped at the chance. In honor of Juliette Low Gordon's birthday, a portion of the profits from t-shirt sales will go to the Juliette Low Gordon Cabin at the Parson's Leadership Center in Phoenix, AZ.
