Looking for something to do this weekend? Centennial Park in Munster is having their Arts and Crafts fair from 9-4pm. We will sharing a booth w/ Night Owl Candles & Unique Gifts which will include our jewelry and hair accessories(Eric just made a new batch of spoon bracelets and I finished up some new headbands). For dog lovers, Sunday they will have Poochapalooza going on as well.

Wow, I can't believe I have been so neglectful to this page. Ever since I went to full time work, I kept forgetting about this page! Anyways, we have a couple festivals we are doing this summer. The first one starts today which is good ol Pierogifest in Whiting,IN. We have moved from our old spot(as the organizers of the event had to make more room for the beer garden) to White Oak Street. We will be there all three days(Fri-Sun). Come by and say hi if you can :) * I will try to take pictures of the booth when I get there this afternoon.

So at this point, Eric and I are supposed to be taking a break from jewelry making. Wellllllll..when you get asked to make 200 lego bracelets and offered more than you originally sell them for(due to the short time span to make them)...bring it on! So after all the hurdles and roadblocks there were to get this order finished...BAM..cheers to the 200 lego bracelets made here!! :)

So since winter is a time for Eric and I to take time off from making jewelry(except custom orders) we have been venturing into testing prints on wood. Who knows, where this might take us but it's been a success so far. They one on the left is a test photo print of Eric's son and the one on the right is 1 of 4 Sci-fi/horror film prints onto planks of wood.

Tomorrow we will have our jewelry at Lake Central Band Boosters Holiday Craft Fair. This year it will be held at Hal E. Clark Middle School, 8915 W. 93rd Ave., Saint John, IN. The hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and our booth number is 64. Along with our items Night Owl Candles and A Perfect Touch will be sharing the booth(they sell items such ask tutus, candles and jewelry).
