Dear Members or even Non-Members,

We are asking for donations for our Silent Auction which will take place at the 2026 Annual Awards Banquet on November 21, 2026. The funds raised will go towards our educational program that benefits everyone!

Wondering what you could donate to assist with ADA? Here's some goodies from previous years:

- Gently used riding clothing - coats, vest, breeches, gloves, helmets, boots = something you bought and just didn't wear!

- Tack - bits, bridles, halters, saddle pads, girths, even saddles!@

- Gift Cards - to Tack Stores, restaurants, coffee shops

- Lessons or clinics! Local or distant trainers (virtual lessons)

- Membership to an online learning venue - JJ Tate, Dressage Today, ClipMyRide....

Anything you can think of, we would greatly appreciate! We can also combine multiple items and make into baskets for bidding as well.

Contact your nearest Board Member to make a donation - we will gladly pick up the items if you are unable to drop them off. We would need them by November 10th if possible.

ADA is a 5013c organization so you will receive a tax donation receipt!

Each year members of the ADA compete throughout the season and then are recognized at the Annual Banquet for their accomplishments. In addition to placement ribbons, our Champions, Reserve Champions, and Highest Percentage will receive prizes for their outstanding performance.

Each year we look for sponsors to help us recognize our members at this ceremony. Our awards not only recognize those showing locally within West Michigan, but we are also expanding and growing to serve more of the lower peninsula and Indiana! Recognition within both USDF/USEF Sanctioned shows and local ADA dressage schooling shows are awarded to help grow and continue bringing opportunity to Youth, Adult Amateurs, and Professionals!

This is where our sponsors come in. We operate solely off donations and sponsorships for our Year End Awards program. Some companies choose to donate monetarily where others choose to donate discounts, products, or services. Any and all donations are welcome and at the end of our calendar year will supply a receipt from our 501c3 Organization for the value at which goods, services, or donations were made.

If you are interested in donating in any way, please contact Kristen Chasnis at [email protected], [email protected] or via FB messenger.

Thank you again for your Support!
