Assistant trainer, Jeff Carvalho began boxing at the age of five and held 106 amateur fights with a record of 86 wins. He competed in many competitions such as Mini and Junior Olympics and became top regional contender for many years. Always recognized as being in the top five, Jeff was known for his knock out punching power. Jeff has three years in Kagi Kempo & obtained his blue belt. He fought in Golden Gloves and Silver Belt Competitions. As Pop’s assistant trainer, Jeff focuses on the mindset of the boxer as goals can only be achieved with drive and commitment. Confidence to improve endurance, strength, balance, power, flexibility, and agility. Jeff trained high school athletes in Logan High, Newark Memorial, American High School, Washington High School, Kennedy High School, & Irvington High School. Jeff believes consistent exercise provides a foundation for personal happiness. Joining Pop’s Training Camp you will learn:
