Wonderful day at Historic West Main Street Farmer's Market yesterday. I ended up selling several pieces ~ yay!! Always love that, of course. I'm contemplating doing another market here in town too (this one is free for vendors). Gotta get crackin' on some new stuff!!

It's a nice day (albeit a bit too hot for this girl, and it's only May! :-/)for a farmer's market! Stop by the Historic West Main Street Farmer's Market today anytime from 3-8 p.m. Crocheted goods, beaded jewelry, bookmarks, and more at my booth ~ Hope everyone has a fantastic Memorial Day weekend!

Hey friends! Sorry about my long hiatus from this page. Trying to find a "real" job is quite trying. LOL. But I'm starting to focus my efforts on my own business and pursuits, making lots of great new creations and preparing to be a vendor at a local farmer's market, Historic West Main Street Farmer's Market. Fort Wayners and surrounding area peeps, please come on out to this great market (every Friday, 3 p.m. - 8 p.m., May-October) and support local & handmade!

I'm proud to say that I will be a vendor at the East State Village Farm Market this summer! Sundays from 12-4 (not every Sunday though) starting June 5. I'm also doing the Handmade Homemade Sale on August 6 with my BFF Raeann Cherrone of Fancy Stitchings by RaeAnn!! Details forthcoming. Excited!! And I have to get cracking on some new items!! :-)

I had the privilege of vending next to these two lovely ladies today ~ bartering with them got me some of their awesome products (soy candle, natural soap, lip balm, and a supercool change purse made from a juice carton!) I'm all about recycling and repurposing, and they were both such an inspiration to do and try even more!

The News-Sentinel is the Fort Wayne IN hometown newspaper. It contains Fort Wayne local news, state, sports and features.

Craft show was fun today! I only sold a few items (but hey, I did SELL!), but I got to know the very nice ladies vending beside me, got tips/advice for future shows, and did a little bartering ~ a soy candle, organic lip balm, two organic soap bars, and an awesome repurposed change purse in exchange for some of my items! All in all it was a very good experience... :-)

Hey there, fans! I've been such a slacker with this page lately. I recently got a full-time job (FINALLY) as a medical scheduler/receptionist, and I'm loving it! In other news, I've been busy making stuff for my first-ever craft show/bazaar on Saturday, October 16 @ Crescent Ave. United Methodist Church in Fort Wayne! I'm very excited ~ come see me there! :-)
