Still deciding on the stones for these rings but I love the direction. Almost finished. Ring is die struck from an early 1900's design from an American jewelry house long gone. See basic form in past reels. Shank is made from thick sheet bronze and the bezel top is sterling silver. Features brand fish on the inside.

Some quick pics in this drizzly but bright day. In my last reel I posted a work in process of the snake ring in bronze and silver. Here is the dragon scale ring. Both have sterling silver bezel tops. Im pretty pleased with them so far.

Making links for two necklaces, they are made from die struck pieces. See past posts for more. The design is from around 1910's and was their "Western Floral" motif. Ive collected quite of few of this collection because I really love it.

These will be filed and shaped a bit and some prepolish work.

Making links for two necklaces. I have lots of little titanium pieces that help me line things up and ideally keep them from moving. The titanium doesn't bond or heat up like the metals being soldering.

Im not sure what stone, Im not sure what size but these two bronze rings are ready for decisions. Diestruck from dies ...made from hubs carved somewhere between 1880's to maybe 1915. Made from thick sheet bronze and my 20 ton press. Stamped, sawed out, filed, shaped and polished.

Confessions of a dirty file.... mostly that was burr wax. Mostly. Pieces stamped out, pierced, sawed and now time to file all the edges smooth.
