Hake Metalwerks The one thing in life which spoke to me was jewelry making, now i am working on living my dream.

I am inspired by the past life and unknown origin of found materials. What motivates me in the creative process is the mystery of where an object came from and the synchroncity of me crossing paths with it. Many of the found pieces I use have been outside exposed to the elements creating interesting random patterns. The found materials combined with my own original jewelry designs produces and interesting dichotomy; jewelry which is both tough and elegant.

Excited to now be in Open Studios @ R Gallery 2027 Broadway in Boulder Colorado. I’m currently working Saturdays 11-5. The gallery was many wonderful Artists, and with Boulder Wine Bar next door and sharing an interior Door, you can grab a glass of wine or Beer and walk around looking at Art. 😀
