Last nights dinner! A grazing plate cuz i was busy all day and forgot to eat! i downloaded and it’s helping me stay on track! Fasting from 10p-12p- just started so i can eat at noon! It’s a super helpful app for those of us that have trouble with consistency!
Just logged my workout as well and deciding what ima eat at noon!
Thinking - eggs, turkey, tomatoes, avocado and cherries!

I regretfully advise that Dizzie did not pull through. I believe she was too far gone by the time she came to us. But i find peace knowing that her last days were spent with love and comfort.

P.s she moved herself to this area with her last breaths… then she slipped away. 😭😭😭😭
