Sundays are my favorite. Always has been. Whatever has kicked my ass during the week falls away on Sunday. I move a little more slowly & reflect on what is behind me & what is ahead. Also, I learn how to be still. The HARDEST lesson for me....being still. On that note, as always...love & peace to all. đź’—
