This repair was extra special. This ring came in with a broken cameo and diamonds missing — the kind of damage that’s tough to see on a piece that means this much.

Adam worked his magic, start to finish.

Our customer picked it up and got a little teary eyed. This is the whole reason we do what we do.

Real talk — this is why we offer free jewelry checks! 👀 This ring came in with two broken bezels and worn down prongs, and honestly? It happens to the best of us. We get it — you try to take your jewelry off, but you decide to pull a few weeds "real quick" and then you're full on gardening, or you forgot to take your rings off doing dishes... life happens.

The problem is most of this stuff is invisible without a loupe. Often times you don't notice a worn or broken prong until your stone is suddenly missing. 😳

That's exactly why we say bring it in every 6 months. Our team will take a look with our loupe or microscope and catch this stuff before it becomes a "oh no" situation.
