👉 Hey Y’all….
Finishing up on the last 20 # of Wagyu 🐮 fat and looking forward to seeing it turn a beautiful gold tallow. The first batch of 20 # yielded 14 pints and two pie dishes 🥴(those will be chamber vacuumed and kept in the freezer) 🥶
Didn’t want to use up all my pint jars. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get another 20-25 # of jalapeño peppers for cowboy candy 🥳
Thank You Father for all your Blessings
Life is better than we deserve 🙏

👉 Hey Y’all…
I cannot express how much I love my life. God has blessed me so much with an amazing husband, an incredible life, 21 baby chicks who think I’m their momma, and numerous bunnies who always want me to pet them.

Sooo, 💯 pounds of potatoes 🥔 later, we have 10 pints of hash browns, 19 pints of French fries, and 35 quarts of rough cut 🥰
We dry-canned everything. So easy to do. The process we us is call Rebel Canning because it is not approved by the FDA 🤫
Dale loves the rough cut. The French fries and hash browns are new to the farm this year. Absolutely delicious.
