Although fiber arts were my starting point, much of my creativity I now pour into making copper jewelry. Some I hand-stamp with messages. These are messages I believe people need to hear: of hope, courage, joy, messages that uplift and encourage - the touch of God on a piece of metal to be worn, seen and known. In fiber, I use silk fibers to create paper that I can use in various ways for vases and cards. And, I also make jams from Greenbrier County, WV fruits - much of which I pick myself. I take the fruit from start to jars I label myself using labels made by a local printer. It never fails to amaze me how jams retrieve memories for people of the jams they loved as children, made in their own family kitchens. It brings back a memory of love experienced in family. So, while all of these are treats I make - I make them for Love’s sake, to pour into others’ lives
