Refugee Women's Studio thru Refugee One Wednesdays, women gather to knit at the Refugee Women's Studio. We gather to knit, crochet, weave and create with beads.

We gather on Wednesday's to relax, learn and create with yarn together. Refugee One sponsors this group as a way to build skills, get out of the house, come together with other women and be apart of "our" new community! Hi everyone what a beautiful day it was yesterday! We had the windows open at the studio and the trees were colorful !

Inside we shared, laughed, created and gathered around the table to share in wonderful food . What a great time! Many ladies are creating new projects, cowls, sweaters, fingerless gloves to leg warmers! Totally awesome!

Hi we learned about Moss stitch today! We had a new knitter and she holds her needle close to her underneath her arm, she taught Kim a beautiful way to cast on. I will see if someone could take a picture of me casting on "a new way."
