One of my favorite things about this medium is that there's little to no waste. Polymer clay doesn't dry out, so it can be reconditioned and reused! I took scraps from these moths, gems, and worms, and turned them into flowers! Can't wait for y'all to see them tomorrow at 💖

Y'all, is THIS SUNDAY!! Here are a few works in progress that I'm stoked about, and a couple of cheeky clay cutters that I can't wait to bring to life! Friends, it's ok if you can't have boots on the ground doing patrols and 🧊 watches. If you have the spoons, find ways to aid those who can; today, it's making reusable hand warmers for patrollers and community members who need them. Mutal aid and community care is the ONLY way we get through this; I love you all so much. And don't forget that rest is resistance, too.

The last time I was here, a beautiful child named Kamina got these earrings from me. Tonight, when I got to bring the whole Shamily, Kamina's mom showed me a picture Kamina had drawn at school -- wearing her SJ earrings. Thanks again to for filling up my heart. My precious little duckling said "This was the best day ever! I'm so glad we came here!"

It's been a hell of a day, babes. I'm still having a blast at Weird Mementos Tattoo and Piercing (and business is booming for us both!), I was honored to receive a Santería and Santa Muerte reading and blessing from the beautiful Mariposa Mari Hernandez, I met the absolute coolest woman who came to get her nose pierced for her 63rd birthday (and she looks badass!), I finally completed my family tattoo by adding my stunning jellyfish, and the Bravest Duck in the World got her ears pierced! I love my city, I love my community, I love this life we've made.
