Repost from Patek Philippe : The Split-Seconds Chronograph Ref. 5370 represents an important milestone in Patek Philippe’s chronograph lineage. Launched in 2015 as the first split-seconds chronograph built around the in-house, classically designed CH 29-535 PS caliber, which features a split-seconds chronograph with column wheels and a horizontal clutch. The version presented here, launched in 2025, marks its first rose gold edition.
Its “two-phase” chronograph mechanism uses two pushers for the chronograph functions and a split-seconds pusher integrated into the crown. It connects traditional chronograph principles with contemporary technical refinement, including multiple patented innovations to the split-seconds mechanism.

Repost from Patek Philippe : The high jewelry versions of the Nautilus in rose gold (Ref. 7118/1450) and white gold (Reference 5811/1460) are entirely paved with diamonds adorning the case, bezel and bracelet. The rows of gems lighting up the dial of the rose gold version are arranged in the dainty wave pattern typical of the Ladies’ Nautilus collection.
In creating these models, Patek Philippe has artfully played with the cut of the baguette-cut and brilliant-cut diamonds to enhance the iconic design of the Nautilus case and bracelet. Rigorously selected by the Manufacture’s gemmologists, these diamonds are set using classic techniques in perfect compliance with the requirements of the Patek Philippe Seal. Ref. 7118 features a total of 2,364 diamonds (~11.63 cts), while Ref. 5811 features a total of 1,285 brilliant-cut diamonds (~6.43 cts) and 195 baguette-cut diamonds (~13.27 cts).
The timepieces are powered by the self-winding caliber 26-330 S with sweep seconds and stop-seconds function.
