The recycled coffee grounds from the capsules were transformed into watch straps- a rubber version and a second velcro version.

The recycled aluminum capsules became the case, bezel, crown, and pushers.

Let's talk about feelings and actions real quick..

A common theme when I speak with some people on their fitness or side hustles is not feeling like doing something.

You can't feel your way into action. You have to act your way feeling like it.

Sitting around doing nothing because you don't "feel" like it is a sure way to never accomplish much.

When I was doing two a day trainings and competing, I rarely "felt" like going to the gym and training.

My body didn't "feel" like it wanted to do bjj the day after sparring.

But it had to be done.

I didn't "feel" like working out 2 times a day during 75 hard.

Most things that you need to do in life you won't "feel" like it.

Next time you wake up and don't feel like reading, getting your workout in or whatever the case is, just do it.

Discipline is what's going to get your goals accomplished, not waiting for the day you feel like making changes to improve thr quality of your life.
