I restored and repainted this gorgeous antique cabinet.
Company advertisements were common in late 19th century and early 20th centuries, as agriculture was a major part of the American economy. These advertisements often used appealing imagery, such as children, animals, and bountiful harvest, to attract customers. Companies like The M. G. Madson Seed Co. relied on these advertisements to promote their seed varieties and reach farmers and gardeners. The presence of the girl and the kitten adds a sentimental touch.
