It's a big day in Vanilla Lady world...
Introducing: TWO NEW EXTRACTS!!

🌼Unique Bird is not only dear to my heart because of its name, it has also been brewing for over TWO YEARS!!

Unique Bird is made from Sri Lanka v. Planifolia beans in a darker alcohol to really enhance the undertones of chocolate, caramel, and coffee.

🌼 Autumn Lovin' extract is made from Timor Leste v. Planifolia beans, and it holds a flavor profile that is warm and earthy. It contains notes of fig, toasted almond, and apple pie spice! This extract is amazing in zucchini bread!

🌼I also have the classic vanilla, '78 Chevy, with all of the vanilla-ness you are expecting in double-strength flavor.

🌼 Finally, there are two bottles left of Darth Vanillin... 😎 Made from a variety of darker beans, Darth boasts a rich, deep flavor.

It's been quiet here... We did some travelling for Christmas, and we've been hunkered down through the RIDICULOUS snow we've had lately. Ew.
