She has embarked on many business ventures since the age of 21 that has made her a leading expert in sales, marketing/advertising, and in providing great customer service. In the year 1999, she decided to venture off into the real estate

industry. She attended The Watson School of Realty and then obtained her Florida Real Estate License in the year 2000. Shortly afterwards, she immediately became a leader in her field by obtaining membership in “The Million Dollar Club” for selling over 1 million dollars in real estate in just five short months. Ursula has experience in selling Timeshare, New Home Construction, Re-sales, Bank-owned (REO’s), Short sales, and Million Dollar Homes. She has a proven track record of producing and exceeding sales goals. She received numerous of “Outstanding Sales Performance Awards” consecutively, from a nationally recognized home builder. She also received “The Silver Dollar Award” from The National Association of Home Builders for selling over $2.1 Million in new homes sales in a year. Ursula remains a leader in the industry by continuing education in the real estate field. She’s a “Certified Renovation Loan Specialist” and also a “Certified Realtor” for Down Payment Assistance in both Pasco and Hillsborough Counties. Her motto is: “Working with Integrity”, because it’s her belief that people do business with people they trust. When Ursula is not working with buyers and sellers she enjoys being a mother to her three children, reading self-enhancing books, spending time with her family, and listening to inspirational music. She lives a health conscious lifestyle that entails eating healthy, bike riding, and working out at least 3 times a week. Ursula believes living a healthy lifestyle is the key to real success.

Sreaming congratulations 🎉🎉 to my beautiful first-time homebuyer Wanda on the purchase of her brand new construction home🏡!! She is a true example of having a dream, never giving up, and accomplishing it!!🏆🏆Well deserved😀.

Wanda came to me almost 5yrs ago with the dream of owning her own home. I helped her start her journey and helped her to qualify for down payment assistance as a first-time homebuyer🤑🤑! We got under contract on a brand new construction home, but due to post Covid, permitting was taking too long so we had to cancel.

Fast forward ⏩️⏩️ to 2025...because she never gave up, she ended up purchasing that same home using DPA & the stacking system, which enabled us to be able to reduce her principle balance down leaving her with a much lower mortgage pymt! Purchase price over $300K....principle balance in low $200's which equals a lower pymt & major equity💰💰💰!!
