sometimes the materials choose the story. sometimes the story is already there waiting to be found.

old surfaces, worn edges, unexpected connections. each piece carries a past and when those fragments come together something new begins to take shape. what feels random starts to feel inevitable.

maybe fate is simply what happens when the right pieces find one another?

since moving into my new studio earlier this year, i’ve been immersed in exploring materials, experimenting with their possibilities and discovering the ones i keep returning to. i’ve found myself coming back to weathered papers, muted earth tones and layered surfaces, drawn to their history, tactile qualities and subtle imperfections. this process of collecting, arranging and reworking materials has become an intuitive way of working, allowing me to uncover connections and move toward a visual language that feels my own.
thanks for following the journey!
