Harvest the materials yourself while camping out in your RV or camper trailer. Slowly building your dream home. It doesn't matter how long it takes. You could build on it for 10 years. Just get the basics done, a nice living space can be built in a year and after that just add onto your fantasy home as you can, expanding it each and every year for a decade or until it's how you like it.
