In addition to lines for boutiques and museum shops, Sylvan Spirit creates custom design projects to raise awareness for non-profits, schools, businesses, and cause groups include The Virginia Museum of Fine Art, The National Cherry Blossom Festival in DC, Prevent Child Abuse America, AIDS United, and to help those effected by the March 11th, 2011 earthquake in Japan.

Ten percent of all sales at Cahoots between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Friday May 2nd will be donated to Campus kitchen.

The Campus Kitchen at Washington and Lee is a unique partnership between W&L's Shepherd Poverty Program and the nationally based Campus Kitchens Food Project. They make use of surplus food and provide hunger relief in Rockbridge County.
