Hello hive mind. Please help an almost 50, somewhat technology impaired beader (yes yours truly, not asking for a friend!)
I linked my insta and my FB, I Googled and searched forums, and found a bunch of ways to make sure the two accounts can be linked and crossposted to, but nothing helps.

How do you access the option to post from your FB page simultaneously to your FB and Insta? When I started this page, I had the option but it was posting to my personal profile 😒 I don't want that. Now that I have linked my 2 biz pages, I cannot do it anymore. Why so hard?!

Does anyone knows how to share FB reels to insta when you create them or after the facts? Ideally which does not involve downloading reels?

If you have answers for me, please specify if it's accessible on your phone or if you go through desktop and your account center or the Meta business suite because that adds a layer of complexity to what's available and what's not. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! Help a fellow small business please 😅🥲
