Ours plants are thriving, even in this heat! Rosemary, lavender, parsley, oh my!!

The dragon fruit & prickly pear will take roughly a year for harvest but it will be well worth it! The flowers will be dried out as they fall for ornamental earrings/art. The aloe Vera will be used in my handmade soaps and hair/skin products. The parsley, rosemary & sage will be infused in oil for cooking. The lavender will also be used in my Taylormade soaps 🥰🌿

We discovered this week that there are at least 5 edible weeds right here on the farm! Foraging takes time, research and a little risk but we believe a huge benefit of living on land is seeing what God provides without our intervention 🥰✝️

The beautiful spring spoils on the farm make me feel SO blessed and connected to nature. GOD created such an incredible planet for us, full of unrelenting beauty & creativity! The creek is full, the ponds are overflowing, the flowers are everywhere and the butterflies are breathtaking!!! This is such a fun season 🌷🌼🌸 SPRING 🌸🌼🌷
