This is very favorable news, both for Chellie, and the Masonry Heater Association. Chellie has a masonry stove, and I believe she could be instrumental in assisting us to get the regulatory approval we've been seeking for so long.

She becomes one of the House’s 12 'cardinals' who shape the federal funding priorities over their respective congressional fiefdoms.

Simple Russian Stove in a modest footprint, Northport, Maine. Boston waterstruck brick, tinted mortar, pizza oven, heated bench. The bench and trim stone was quarried right here in Belfast, fabricated by Rockport Granite. Highly efficient, and WARM !

Today's activity: restoring a brick arch! We selected period brick, striving to match both size and color range, to re-create this structural and attractive feature, set over a large window opening in a circa 1860's commercial building in Gardiner, Maine.

Newly completed Russian Stove with pizza oven, faced with reclaimed antique brick. The back wall of the stove heats one of the tiled walls of the shower(!).
