It has been a dream of mine to design wire wrapped jewelry. My love of healing stones, crystals, and just plain rocks came as no surprise. My father had collected fossils and tumbled stones for many years. He taught me as a kid to pan for gold at Sutters Mill, dig for fossils in the Mojave desert, and of course we had to visit every museum as we traveled across the US from California to Pennsylvania, including Dinosaur National Monument in Utah.
A few years ago, while trying to ‘find’ myself, I discovered a gift that I had long known about but had never focused on. I had a sensitivity to just ‘know’ things. I’ve learned that this is called claircognizense. Also being an empath, I learned to understand that the emotions I was sometimes feeling were the feelings of people near me, and not my own (quite confusing until I learned what was happening!) Not long after this I started learning about Tarot and Reiki. I have since become a Tarot card reader and am Holy Fire Reiki certified. Through all of this, learning about energy healing I discovered healing stones. Bam!
Of course I started carrying stones in my pocket, like any good energy healer! Unfortunately, I’ve lost track of some along the way (to the washing machine, mostly!) My inspiration for these simply wire wrapped healing stones came from this. Now we can carry our stones and crystals around our necks and not risk them to the washing machine any more! I hope you love yours as much as I do!!
