So- we did a thing. After saying I would never marry again - and now 8.5 years with Luke- we did exactly that. I finally gave myself permission to love out loud like several fine examples of couples who do just that and inspired me to take the risk and be all in. Thank you to those that showed me believing in a forever love isn't a bad thing.

Although we are not taking orders until we announce a grand re-opening in September, we are still baking multiple days of the week to keep that sourdough starter active, at the proper pH and happy! Today I baked 2 lovely lemon blueberry loaves.

We want to thank everyone who supported our cottage bakery. Change is often difficult but necessary. We have made the difficult decision to not renew our cottage food permit this year in June. For now, our cottage food journey will end. It has been an adventure and learning opportunity that we won't forget. It has been a pleasure sharing my sourdough breads and sweet treats with everyone for the past 2 years.

Double chocolate devils food cupcake with chocolate italian meringue buttercream and hot fudge drizzle- so good! Can't sell these because the Italian meringue buttercream has egg whites in it, but they make a nice Sunday treat for home . food, # bakersfield

The conditioner features a base of light weight camellia seed oil and btms50 for conditioning and holding moisture in the hair that plays nicely with the added apple cider vinegar for softness, shine and restoring pH balance.
