On July 28, 2026 at 4:27 pm Japan time, a 6.8 magnitude earthquake struck Kumamoto Prefecture in Southern Japan.

This quake has caused a lot of devastation and it is compounded by the fact that it happened in the hottest and most humid time of the year.

Please send Prayers and Reiki to the people of Kyushu Island, especially Kumamoto Prefecture.
