Patty Rollins started Bliss108 Jewelry Design after a trip to Thailand with her husband. There she was given Buddhist prayer beads, or mala, from a monk who then blessed them for her. That gift launched a spiritual need to create and design jewelry for women in search of inner happiness and bliss. Once she and her husband returned home to Atlanta, Patty's jewelry business began. eBeads necklace is designed and handcrafted as a vibrant reminder that all the love in the universe lives inside our own hearts—enough to heal ourselves and embrace the entire world. Each of the 108 beads is hand-placed and represents one color of the chakras or spiritual energy centers: Bliss, Intuition, Creativity, Love, Inner Strength, Desire, and Earthly Connection. Together they connect us with ourselves, with each other, with all. Lauderdale, Florida. As a child she loved creating things with her hands. She remembers making round beads with her first lump of sand-clay found on an island in the Florida Keys. Once the beads dried in the sun she made necklaces for her friends to wear. She then began creating pendants and stringing those on yarn. Over the years, Patty’s passion for creating jewelry has developed from craft to true art. Patty and her husband live in Atlanta, Georgia with their two young sons and budding artists, who love to make things out of clay.

I finally sat down to my work bench after a year to create one of my LoveBead necklaces for my dear friend Gayetrii. Her husband, Charles Earl, commissioned me for a surprise Valentines Day gift. I held my dear friend in my heart as I created it and it came out just as I wanted. Charles texted me later to say, " Gayatri was floored! It is a cherished treasure. Take care and hope you return to LoveBeads, they are a work of art." Thank you to both Gayatri and Charles for the inspiration to begin creating again.
