March brings so many beautiful reminders that change is possible 🌸✨

It’s the whisper of spring in the air, longer days filled with fresh light, blooming flowers pushing through the soil, and new opportunities waiting to unfold. March reminds us that growth often follows seasons of stillness. It teaches us that even after the coldest winters, something vibrant can rise.

And as if that wasn’t enough, March also gives us something powerful to celebrate — Women’s History Month 💜

This is the month we pause to honor the women who broke barriers, shattered ceilings, nurtured movements, built communities, led revolutions, and loved fiercely through it all. It’s a time to celebrate the innovators, educators, mothers, entrepreneurs, creators, activists, and everyday women whose courage shaped the world we live in.

Women’s History Month reminds us:

• Our resilience is unmatched.
• Our legacy is still being written.

After working eight years as a nurse, Rebecca Lee Crumpler began medical school at the New England Female Medical College in 1860. This school was the first in the United States to train female doctors, Harvard wrote. She graduated in 1864 as the first Black woman to receive an M.D. in the U.S. At the time, only 300 of the 54,543 physicians in the U.S. were women, and none of them were Black. After opening a medical clinic in Boston, she treated women and children who lived in poverty, often asking no payment for her services.
