I’ve created these pieces using 14k gold & as we alllll knowww… gold is pricey. if you ever wondered why, gold is exactly 78.55 times more expensive than silver, per ounce, in its raw form. for today, that is, the metal market is ever shifting & changing!

I used a new technique in the creation of these pieces I’ve seen a number of Smiths use to help keep costs low, a silver backing. so is stead of using gold sheet metal to line the backs of the settings, I soldered solid 14k gold bezel wire to .925 sterling silver sheet. this cuts a big majority of the production cost & you can’t even tell! unless your flip your setting over that is 🙃

alllll of that being said, each item purchased from this collection is made to order! you will get to choose your stone & can decide wether you would like your piece created with silver sheet or gold sheet for backing.
