The Brown & Co. 2025 Collaboration Piece — a design created by our entire team!

Each year at our State of the Store meeting, we come together to reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re headed. Last year, we took that spirit of collaboration one step further. Our Head of Design, Neale, presented three original concepts — a bracelet, a pair of earrings, and a necklace — and every Brown & Co. team member cast a vote to decide which design would come to life.

The result is this extraordinary necklace, featuring approximately 10 carats of diamonds and 20 carats of cabochon peridot. Each person in our shop played a role in its creation. Valued at $67,500, it represents the craftsmanship, creativity, and dedication that define Brown & Co.
