White Horse Designs

White Horse Designs Handmade wire and gemstone jewelry. Designing and selling jewelry has been a dream of mine for years, but just recently became a reality.

After marrying my high school sweetheart, I moved to Juneau, AK and found myself friendless, jobless and teetering on the brink of weather-induced insanity- all within the confines of a 600 square foot house… So, I did what any girl in my situation would do: crafts. More specifically, jewelry. Thankfully, I’m back in the big city of Anchorage and my rainy day craft has turned into a full time job.

I’m fortunate enough to have a lovely little studio at home where I can work while also doing a couple loads of laundry…

I work with an assortment of precious metals (copper too!) and all kinds of different gemstones, crystals and pearls. I’m in love with turquoise, but seem to fall for a new stone with every order. As an artist I work hard to make sure each piece is properly constructed, wearable and, well, awesome.

Well I didn’t get these posted last night because we had to go to Frozen 2 and get our Christmas tree, but here they are! This combo on the oxidized Sterling is my fav. Fresh water pearls, tourmaline, moonstone, quartz, sterling beads and pyrite on top of stunning blue quartz. Dear Santa, I’VE BEEN GOOD THIS YEAR! 😉😘

Oxidized copper with beautiful lavender opal pear shaped briolettes! I love these stones and wanted them to stand on their own so I did a simple wrap and made a rounded a hammered ear wire. I also tried to take a selfie because they’re so cute, but I just look like a dork... 💁🏻‍♀️
