IMPORTANT:
Do not order anything from our Etsy page for over 9 days now etsy showed a "tech issue try again" and since then we have NOT been able to log in.
For techie friends - I have exhausted all and their support tickets and talking to support they have totally ghosted the situation. I never got any notice of suspensions or anythng no reason to be "locked" out but the store is still live and I had orders I couldn't get to finish and also purchases on that account that I can't contact the seller. NIGHTMARE. Anytime they send their little "reset" to email password prompt it never shows up. Literally have done every thing suggested...frustrated and sad as we were finally doing pretty good selling things and has had a major impact on our sales and contacts to customers.
13 years on their site -- not sure what to think or if even to keep using the site if they did fix it. Horrible customer service!
I am having to spend a lot of time if not months to re-list everything but there is some things on www.rocksfromArizona.com in the meantime or contact me directly!
