THE BOOK HAS BEEN SOLD! FOR SALE $40 including shipping: Rare inscribed copy of Pat Starkweather's ALL ABOUT COLLIES. This is a 3rd Edition 1980 with an inscription by the author on the page facing the inside front cover. The inscription reads "To Martha and Charles, good luck with your new "LAD", Pat Starkweather, October, 1982". The book is in good condition with no tears or stains on the pages. It contains 170 pages with many black and white photographs as well as black and white illustrations of the Collie anatomy. The dustcover shows some wear with a small tear in the upper left and some general fading of the blue color. On the back of the dustcover there is a small scratch showing the white paper underneath, but the printing is very legible and readable. The back of the dustcover has a photo of Pat and Don Starkweather, she with a blue Collie and he with a boxer. The front of the dustcover has a photo of Ch. Glen Hill Ravette Review on the left and his sire, Ch. Tartanside The Gladiator. Send a PM if interested.

FOR SALE: Vintage Congress double deck of Collie dog playing cards in original boxes. The upper photo is of the outside box and the original sticker at the top has the word Congress printed in black. On the back of the box is a gold sticker that says "Congress Playing Cards, Cel-U-Tone Finish". The box is velour and has two original cards on the front. The lower photo is the inside box containing the two complete decks of cards, one in the sable Collie and one in the tri-color Collie. The inside box is velour and has a finger hole in the bottom of each side to easily push up the deck of cards. Couldn't believe my eyes when I spotted these at an estate sale recently. Cards are in decent shape although the green velour of the boxes is faded in color. PRICE: $25 plus shipping. Send a private message if interested or email to [email protected].

THE BLUE HEAD IS SOLD. FOR SALE: Two small Collie heads - a blue and a tri-color - hand painted by Shawn DeLion in 2011 shortly before she passed away in 2012. The heads are 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" and made of a composition material that is similar to resin . As some of you may have known Shawn, this is an opportunity to own one of the last original pieces she painted before passing away. The tri head is available for $15. Free shipping.
