💟RULES TO SHOP WITH Buck & Doe Family Boutique
1. 📬 Shipping:
We charge a $6 flat rate shipping fee for jewelry 💍.
There is free local pickup available upon request (Ada, Ohio). If doing local pickup, you must pick up your items within 72 hours of us putting them in our bin.
⭐️⭐️If you are ordering anything other than jewelry (Boutique items) you will be charged $9 flat rate shipping.
But….if your order is over $100, you get free shipping! 🙌🏻
2. Turnaround time for orders to come in are typically 1️⃣4️⃣ business days. Or it could be sooner. With that said delays happen and it could occasionally be longer as well (not very often).
3. ⚠️ There are no refunds/credits issued unless there is a major defect with product. Each shopping situation is different and will be handled as such.
1. 💳 We invoice through Square and invoice every Thursday. Square is so easy to use. Allows you to pay with credit or debit. We also accept cash 💵 at local pickup.
THESE ARE THE ONLY PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED!!!
5. ‼️ Any invoices not paid by Friday at 10pm edt will be cancelled and returned to stock (we are human and do understand things happen- communicate with us)
*** After a no pay or cancelled invoice, you will be removed from the group. In the event you block us, you will be removed.
6. ❤️If you are a new customer with us, or plan to be, please fill out this form.

7. 🙏Please only claim what you can afford. And write down your claims to keep better track of your claims. And feel free to ask us any questions about a claim you haven’t been invoiced for. We will invoice you weekly for what you have claimed that week.
