A simple photo, but one that means so much more to me today.

This was my son and daughter during one of our Family G-SHOCK moments. My son was actually having a fever that day and wasn’t feeling his best — but the moment I lifted the camera, he still gave me his biggest expression and put on a great “action pose” for Dad. 😂😂😂

And of course, both of them had their G-SHOCKs proudly on their wrists.

Looking back at this photo now, I realise how quickly time passes. They were so small then, full of energy and innocence. Today, they have grown up, but photographs like this bring me straight back to those precious days.

For me, G-SHOCK has never been only about collecting watches. Over the years, it has become part of our family memories, our adventures and our journey together.

First we have to download the Aizo Ring app , pair it with the CRW-H001 ring via Bluetooth to your smartphone. Once connected , the app allows you to access and monitor a range of wellness data mentioned above .

The LCD portion has an estimated battery life of approximately 2 years while the rechargeable smart module provides approximately 4-6 days of use on a full charge with up to approximately 25 days on standby.

Casio Smart Ring Watch CRW-H001.

I call this the chilly padi of Casio Ring Watch . Small but power packed with a lot of features.

Comes in 3 sizes that fits ring size 9,10 and 11.

Tested a few of the features and I would say it’s pretty accurate !

The first thing you need to do is download the AIZO RING Watch . I am using an Apple iPhone hence the DL is from AP Store. They do provide a link on the instruction manual for fast link.

Then you pair ring and phone and Ta Da !! You are set to go.

Casio mentioned that the battery life for the LCD watch portion is about 2 years. When fully charged , the smart module can provide 4-6 days of usage and up to 25 days on standby.

Casio CRW-H001 Smart Ring

Finally I had the chance to test the new Casio CRW-H001 Ring Watch. There is a lot more technology packed into this tiny piece than you might expect !

Unlike the earlier Casio Ring Watch , the CRW combines the distinctive digital Casio display with a separate smart module for health and activity monitoring .

Setting up is pretty straightforward.
1️⃣ Download the AIZO RING app
2️⃣ Pair the CRW-H001 with your phone Via Bluetooth
3️⃣ Once connected the app allows you to access and monitor a range of wellness data. I had tested a few of them and it’s pretty accurate !!

The Ring/App can provide readings for :-

✅ Blood Pressure
✅ Temperature
✅ Sleep Monitoring
✅ Activity and fitness tracking

These Nigo x G-Shock toys have movable arms as well as a base plate. Decent size and not too small. Had some fun playing with it 😉

What a special moment for my son today.

A memorable day at school as Prime Minister Lawrence Wong returned to his alma mater — and my son managed to squeeze into the selfie with a big double ✌️✌️! 😂

Maybe one day, when my son looks back at this picture, he’ll remember that everyone starts somewhere — even a future Prime Minister.
