39 today 🤍
Birthdays always make me pause.
I think about the versions of me that had to exist to get here — the younger woman, the mother, the wife, the dreamer, the one who stumbled, the one who kept going anyway.
This year has taught me a lot about vulnerability. About asking for help instead of carrying everything alone. About admitting when I don’t have all the answers. That hasn’t been easy for me — but it has changed me.
I’ve walked through muddy, difficult seasons. The kind that stretch you quietly. The kind that reshape you from the inside out.
And through it all, my relationship with God has been my anchor. I truly don’t believe I would be here without the Lord gently carrying me through the hardest moments. His grace has held me steady in ways I can’t fully explain.
I’m also thinking about the people — the ones who have loved me for over a decade. The ones who stayed. The ones who have seen the growth, the mistakes, the evolution — and chose me anyway.
39 feels less about candles and more about clarity.
More grounded. More aware. More grateful.
Still becoming. Still growing. Deeply thankful I didn’t get here alone.
